Does anyone have any insight as to what is going on with OVue's data feed. It appears that about once a month they are unable to deliver real time data feeds on certain symbols....and it seems that RUT is the primary issue. Since they announced their "enhanced services" last year along with their new price structure, it appears that their level of service continues to decline. I personally feel that it is also poor customer service to not issue any emails to update/apologize for the poor service data feed. Maybe Len Yates or an OVue rep could come on line here and explain the problems and maybe issue an apology. Just my thoughts, what are yours ??
