    Hello,
When the mentors provide a guideline to initiate a trade with 75DTE or 60DTE or 45DTE and so on.. are they referring to only monthly options OR weekly options OR both?

Hypothetically at the same price of the underlying , would the greeks differ with the same days to expiration between monthlies and weeklies?

    Thanks
    Ro

They would be referring to monthly expirations going so far out. As we speak the farthest you could go out for a weekly on RUT for example would be 85 days however that expiration has basically zero open interest , you would want to pick a monthly expiration going that far out. Weekly strategies in general would be initiated anything between DTE 7 - 21, those ones have excellent liquidity.

And yes, the Greeks, price, etc, would be different for the same strike across the different expirations.
